My sweet and wonderful hubby surprised me with a very special birthday present this year!
This was a HUGE surprise to me! I have loved the Toyota Rav4 for a few years now. I used to point them out to hubby whenever we were out and about and tell him how much I liked them. Over and over again. About a year ago, he finally told me to quit talking about them. LOL!
Earlier this week, he asked me if I could take a day off from work to make a trip to Des Moines as he wanted to go to Costco for something. This was a very unusual request... Des Moines is 3 hours from us (6 hours round trip in a day) and he is never the one to initiate a trip. I am usually the one who does that!
Hubby can't keep a secret. He just can't! He blurted out the big surprise almost immediately as he was so excited: we were going to Des Moines to pick up this car as my surprise birthday present!
My birthday isn't really for a few more weeks. And yep, it's the big "Five-O" !
